We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) after receiving your payment. We take great care in product packaging. Therefore, depending on the shipping and delivery area, we ship via SDA, DHL, UPS and POSTE ITALIANE couriers which guarantee the utmost competence, reliability and professionalism in the service. Delivery times after shipment are normally: ITALY 4/5 working days, EUROPE 6/7 working days.

The packages are then shipped to the indicated address. In case of wrong address, please contact us promptly. Important: Before accepting the packages, check the integrity of the contents.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders received from Saturday to Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday morning, this will allow you to always have on your table products shipped as soon as possible.


Shipping and Delivery in Italy and Europe:
MICELI AZIENDE VINICOLE SRL makes home deliveries by express courier UPS - SDA - DHL and POSTE ITALIANE, therefore transport costs are not included in the product price.
Orders placed with payment by Credit Card/Paypal will be processed within 1/2 working days from the order confirmation which will be sent by e-mail.
We remind you that, in case of payment by BANK TRANSFER, the products are shipped only when we receive the communication of "Payment" from the bank.
Since in this case the shipping times of the products may be longer, to speed up the times it is advisable to send us by e-mail a photocopy of the receipt of payment or the receipt of the bank transfer order complete with cro.
